The MMO induction course is a one-day course.  Courses are periodically held in Inverness, usually starting at 9:30 am and finishing by 6:00 pm. Tea/ coffee and a light lunch are provided.  The current cost is £95 per person (£25 non-refundable deposit plus £70 balance payable on the day).  Please Contact us for dates of future courses.

Inverness is served by good air and rail connections.  Inverness airport connects with a number of other airports within the UK, including London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and Belfast.

Alternatively, courses for groups can be held at a venue of your choice. Please Contact us for group rates and to arrange a suitable date.

The next MMO induction course will be on Tuesday 24th August in Inverness, UK. Please Contact us for a booking form (bookings and deposits should be returned by 16th August, but early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment). The course will be held at Express by Holiday Inn, on the outskirts of Inverness, easily accessible by car or by taxi from the airport or train station (get Directions). It is a one-day course, starting at 9:30 am and finishing by 6:00 pm. The cost of this course is £95 per person.

Those attending the MMO induction course may also wish to attend the PSO course for the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday 25th August at the same venue.  This course is being offered at a specially discounted rate - the cost of both courses together is £150 per person.

Those interested in learning about PAM (Passive Acoustic Monitoring) may wish to attend the PAMGUARD training course run by SMRU Limited in St. Andrews following the MMO and PSO courses.
