Training courses:
Delegates will not be registered as having completed a training course until full payment is received.
Attendance at training courses may be subject to payment of a small deposit as shall be determined by Carolyn Barton. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by delegates.
The balance of payment for training courses is due on the date of the course. For companies, credit may be available by arrangement for a period of 28 days after the course.
In the event of cancellation or non-attendance by delegates at courses charged at a per person rate, any application for refund of any balance already paid must be made in writing or via e-mail within 7 days after the date of the course. Any application for a refund after this period has elapsed will only be considered at the discretion of Carolyn Barton. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance by delegates.
Courses charged at the group rate may be cancelled by the client upon notification to Carolyn Barton by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. The course shall not be deemed to be cancelled until acknowledgement of receipt of such notification is given by Carolyn Barton. No refunds will be given for cancellation by the client or non-attendance of delegates at courses charged at the group rate, except where the course is completely cancelled at least 72 hours prior to commencement of the course, in which event refunds will be limited to any course fees already paid. If the course is cancelled by the client any expenses (or commitment thereto) necessarily incurred by Carolyn Barton prior to cancellation shall be paid by the client.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Carolyn Barton refunds will be limited to course fees (including any deposit) already paid. Carolyn Barton will not be liable for any costs incurred by delegates or clients. Every effort will be made to provide a course on a suitable alternative date.
A minimum of five people are normally required to run a training course at the per person rate (individuals may join a course with other individuals). For companies paying the group rate, the normal maximum is 10 persons per group; more than 10 persons may be accepted by prior arrangement, but a surcharge may be made.
Carolyn Barton reserves the right to refuse attendance at any training course.
Places at courses are not to be sold by the client to anyone for profit; the client may only recover a share of the costs from course delegates.

However, Carolyn Barton cannot be held legally responsible for any errors or misinterpretations of the material.
